- Frontcover, outer and lower edge of bookblock and part of spine burnstained, w. burnstains on first few lvs. (incl. title-p.) in outer and upper margin (first free endpaper and blank worse); title-page laid down and lower margin (prob. w. former owner's entry) cut off; 17th cent. owner's entry on title-p.; a few lvs. w. sm. professionally closed tear; a few contemp. annots. in pen and ink in margins; a few lvs. w. waterstain. Despite the burn stains and other (sm.) defects, contents still very good.
