The firm of Ketwich and Voombergh was an administration office that was eventually acquired by the bankers Labouchère Oyens & Co. In 1890 they commissioned the architect F.W.M. Poggenbeek to design a new office for their firm, which they used until 1908. Presently the building is incorporated in Hotel de l'Europe.
