- Lacking as often (usual?) prel. leaf 6*4; bookplate of Luyken Landfoort on upper pastedown and stamp of Haus Landfort on title. Corners showing; several dam. spots on backcover; lower joint starting at top of spine; rubbed spots on joints and frontcover. Unusually hot tooled by Christiaan Micke's standards.
