One of 38 photostat copies for contributors (this copy probably for Guus van Bladel, the editor) to the Liber Amicorum, of which the original copy was presented to Gerard Reve on occasion of being awarded the Prijs der Nederlandse Letteren. Four more photostat copies were presented to Queen Beatrix, Reve Verzameling Gemeente Weert, Letterkundig Museum Den Haag and David van het Reve.
