= Dating of the map is based on the year "1766" mentioned in the accompanying manuscript for a possible proof project for the strengthening of the shores of the lake. The manuscript further contains the estimate of the costs for the work to be done in this project. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE CXXXVIII.

= Very rare advertising(?) leaflet for the racing track, "staande en gelegen in den Tweeden of Achter-Tuin van Moskou, buiten de Muiderpoort, te Amsterdam".
- Apart from the engr. caption "Ingang tot s' Rijks Scheeps Timmerwerf" in lower margin of the lefthand leaf, the identification of various landmarks is written in contemp. hand in pen and ink above and below image; one joint between two leaves w. traces of joining tape on verso visible on recto; sl. dampstained in outer left margin.
= Extremely rare panorama. With some variants compared to the copy in the Rijksmuseum: on leaf B (2nd leaf from the left) the Rijksmuseum copy shows a dam to the left of the Schreiers toren with strolling people and a boy flying his kite, on leaf C another dam is engraved to the right of the entrance to the Singel and leaf D shows the continuation of this dam and has the publ. address reading as "by H. Moolenijzer Amsterdam" (the address is absent from our copy and appears to be a from a later edition; it is also not given in d'Ailly). See d'Ailly 243 and Abbey, Life 481.
- A few (very) sm. marginal repairs
= Rare series of 6 architectural engravings of the newly erected Muiderpoort, showing the ground plan, 4 façades, a cut through and the entrance gate.

- A few neatly repaired tears and dam. spots; prob. doubled w. thin Japanese.
= Rare and interesting plan, issued at the beginning of the Batavian Republic, and showing the revolutionary changes in topographical names such as "'t Revolutie Plein" (formerly the Dam) and "Burgerplein" (formerly Koningsplein).
