= The name of the presumed author "SImon Laats" is written in contemp. hand on frontcover and verso backcover. Interesting manuscript, containing 71 numbered recipes, several other unnumb. recipes, an index to the first 53 recipes and a list of the implements of a wine merchant. Also contains a drawing of the coat of arms of Amsterdam and a few other small drawings/ vignettes. Most of the recipes have a (signed and unsigned) annot. at the end "(is) probato"/ "perbatum" or "is perbatum". Some interesting (and doubtful) recipes listed: "Wien die muf is of een vuijlen smack heeft goet te maken"; "Remedi om rijnze wijn die blau is blank te maaken" (continued: "zo neemt een kan cantoor inkt met 4[?] lood uitgebrande aluin (...)"; "Remedi Als bier lanck is weer op staende voet kort te maken"; "Om wien die blau is kleur te geven" and "Wijn die niet schoon wil worde". Also contains a number of (strange) medical recipes for which wine is needed.
= "Kom lustig vat den arbeid aan; Laat ons dees druyfjes plukken gaan! (...)." This song was written by Jan Jacob Mauricius and published for/ by Het Kunstgenootschap in 1755.

(The Hague, 1796).
