- Bookplate on verso first free endpaper and on lower pastedown; contemp. owner's entry on first blank; a few plates trifle/ sl. foxed. Trifle rubbed along board edges, otherwise a fine copy.
= A luxurious binding on a richly illustrated work, with two different bookplates of the Maharaja Jamsahib of Nawanagar, Shri Sir Ranjitshinhji Vibhaji II, with his owner's entry dated 1923.

= Fine copy of the deluxe edition in an attractive binding, which is not called for in the colophon. Probably only a small number of copies was issued in this full vellum binding. The trade-edition was issued in wrappers in the same design. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE XLVII.
